For about four months now, our family has started on a wellness journey. Since college, I had developed an unhealthy fear. Fear of the worst possible scenarios. Fear of my dearest & most treasured people leaving this world at any given moment. Fear of movie theaters. Fear of traveling. Fear of any minimal discomfort in my body. Fear. Anxiety. It was constant. Because a huge part of my fears stemmed from thoughts about my health, I began to be REAL curious about my eating habits. During our journey to clean eating, I was in the midst of researching Young Living essential oils.

Right when we started, we received this from a friend, "Day 1-10, you think to yourself, this sucks. But then...by days 14 & 15, it really sucks, man." James and I laughed for a couple of days after hearing this. There was no, "It gets better, it wasn't that bad."What did we get ourselves into!?

In April, my husband and I decided to do something crazy to our bodies...we tried a 3 day juice cleanse. Now, my husband had done juicing before, so he knew where to start. We researched the best recipes, shopped for fruits & veggies, purchased the mason jars, and blended our first 2 days worth. Let me explain, 2 days worth...for 2 people....meant SIXTEEN jars of juice meals.
